June 2024- When I contacted Billie, I told him I grew up with the adage “use it up, Make it do, or do without”. He understood exactly where I was coming from as I was repurposing materials I already owned to do a storage project on my husband‘s “Harley”side of the garage. He did an excellent job at using the materials I already had and was very reasonable in his fee. The real test was would my husband be pleased Or angry that I messed with his “bike stuff”. Well, Billie did such a great job that my husband was thrilled about having a clean, neat space in the garage! Here it is a year later and it is still organized and looks fantastic. I’ve included before during an after photo of his work. Great job. Will let you know when I need you again.

I have hired Billie J. Gregory / Construct Elite Builders for other projects in the past and was happy with the work. For my most recent project to install shelves, I paid $500 upfront. Billie later claimed that this money should be applied to previous jobs he underbid, but the funds were for the shelving project, which he never performed. Despite repeated requests, the money has not been returned. It’s unfortunate when someone takes advantage of a client who is trying to help, which reflects poorly on their business practices. I cannot recommend this contractor for projects requiring reliability and follow-through.

Construct Elite did bathroom walls, pantry and closet with barn wood for us. We appreciated the reliability and work ethic throughout these projects. Thank you!

Construct Elite did a range of repairs for me from siding to electrical work. All were done professionally and in a timely manner. Good communication regarding scheduling and work to be done. I felt the value of the work was outstanding and will use them again when the need arises.

They did a great job of residing our house and adding a picture window in the dining room. Very detailed oriented and great communication!! Highly recommend for any project that you need for your house!!
