They sell quality products at the BEST price. You can't beat the customer service. Construction Attachments has been in business for years and they know how to make a long lasting attachment!!! Great product and good service, you can't go wrong.

I have a bucket from them and they are a nightmare to try and get parts from. They will tell you that you have to go through their "dealer network" to get replacement parts. The "dealer Network" is terrible and none will return calls or emails. The only one that did return a call had a 200% markup on the part (literally) that I wanted to order. I would never do business with them again if I didn't already own the bucket. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

I have bought many thing from construction attachments . About 2.5 years ago I bought a extreme duty 4 in 1 bucket to replace a bobcat brand I wore out after 10 years of use. This is there best bucket at a hearty price tag. I had noticed that there was a pretty decent sized dent in the back blade of the bucket . The dozer blade portion witch is suppose to ment to push things. Witch I had never had issue with bobcat brand and way more use. I feel like the problem is not thick enough steer or correct bracing. So I figured I would reach out to them as that dent will start to crack over time. I sent pictures and then a follow up emailed to be told that I was out of warranty and that is considered damage under normal use. Lol. If I am using the bucket under normal use y is it expected to dent?

These guys really are a class act. I've dealt with other manufacturers and though all in NC have treated me well, Construction Attachments really went over and beyond to accommodate in addition to simply doing great work at a very fair price. Because of my latest experience with this company, the next attachment I buy will have their name on the side of it. Simply put... With this company, you might be upset because you hung a rock doing something you shouldnt have been doing and had to get your attachment fixed, but you wont be upset because of the people you have to deal with throughout that process. A++
