Construction Theory

I highly recommend using Construction Theory for any commercial or residential project. The entire process was smooth and stress free thanks to Jeff, Casey, Victor, and Alexa. Jeff came on site to bid the project and immediately stood out from other contractors with his deep knowledge of commercial spaces and a strong portfolio. He was competitively priced, transparent, and excellent at communicating throughout the process. During the build out, Casey and Victor handled everything seamlessly, and the quality of the work was excellent. What is typically a stressful experience for an owner was made easy by their team. I would not hesitate to work with Construction Theory again.

We hired Construction Theory to remodel our master bathroom, to take it from its late 90's style to open, modern and relaxing. In the end we are very happy with the result. The on-site team that worked in our home was respectful, wore masks as requested, and were quite helpful for advising us on decisions that needed to be made along the way. Thank you, team!

Don't expect much from this company if you do not have an an insane amount of money. Once they found out we only had $130k they started giving us the run around and eventually stopped contacting us. We waited weeks for plans that would work in our budget but we never heard back from them. The owner actually told us we should put our money in the stock market to try and get more. Or that we should build the house addition ourselves. It doesn't get much more unprofessional that that. Save yourself and take your hard earned money elsewhere!
