Consumers Energy work

I live at 5409 day ave Fennville Michigan i got my bill it's way to much money 466 for 1 month. That's terrible 😕 my husband is in remission from lung cancer and I take care of my daughter Tiffany Goodin she has seizures. I'm the mom 65 not in Good health either. I just think 🤔 you all just want to charge people more money 💰. This isn't right. Please 🙏 do something about this

Can take a few days to verify my paperwork saying I own my home to turn on my power? Your system is the reason I have no power in my home in winter.

I got a little shock from touching my tree . The powerlines run right through it . I'm always stopping my grandkids from climb it. I called consumers they had someone come out they wasn't conserd at all said the lines weren't touching any limbs. They would just treat it . What happened if a storm blows a limbs into it cause a fire and drops the tree on my house or something.

Outdated equipment and poorly maintained. Attorney General will get a few complaints. If the wind blows or rain falls, good chance you won't have power. Real bags here...

We've had a live downed power line in our yard for five days now and consumers won't send anyone out to fix it. They're claiming they nothing is wrong, and that we have power.
