We bought our first home this year and did a gut renovation of our kitchen. Our contractor recommended Sharon Lee and she was a pleasure to work with! She helped us design our new kitchen cabinet layout and we were able to tear down a wall to the dining room and add a peninsula which gave us so much more space to prepare food while interacting with guests! All of Sharon’s suggestions were so smart and her attention to detail with measurements was fabulous. We love the amount of storage, pull-out drawers, huge pantry, slow-close doors, chimney hood fan, cabinet for sheet pans and cutting boards, garbage right below prep station, etc. She hung in there while we hemmed and hawed and must have provided us with 10 different layout options at our request - but by the end, we picked the dream kit

Sold me $70k of defective StarMark painted cabinets and then went silent In 2019 I purchased over $70,000 of StarMark Syracuse Maple Black painted cabinetry through Consumers Kitchens & Baths (multiple Long Island locations). By 2023–2025 every single door, drawer front, end panel, and even the glued-in cabinet boxes are catastrophically failing: • Paint bubbling and peeling on untouched surfaces and raised center panels • Miter joints opening • Rails warping and delaminating MasterBrand’s own November 21, 2025 letter (photos attached to this review) admits the finish is “compromised” and the MDF panels swollen, yet blames me for “excessive moisture/water damage and normal wear.” They offered to replace only 14 pieces (less than half) as a “one-time courtesy” and demanded I permanently

My wife and I had a great experience at the Commack location. Sharon created the perfect design for our new kitchen. She listened to what we highlighted were our "must haves" and she came though on all of them as well. She was very responsive to all our communications. We absolutely love the custom cabinet choice she helped us with. It allowed us to make the subtle changes that made all the difference in the world on the final design. We highly recommend!

Highly recommend salesperson Sharon at the Commack store. She is very knowledgeable about every cabinet line they carry, responsive to our needs and budget, excellent follow through. Same goes for Eric in customer service and the guys who delivered the cabinets. This could not have been easier! Cabinets arrived in 5 weeks (quoted 4-6 weeks for the manufacture we chose). Overall an excellent experience.

We had our kitchen remodeled by Consumers Kitchens & Baths (Commack). It was designed by Sharon Lee (SL) at Consumers and we can't say enough great things about Sharon. This was our 2nd kitchen remodel and what we learned through the two processes was this - even more important than the cabinets you choose is the kitchen designer you work with (the layout of the kitchen cabinets is the most important part of the entire kitchen remodel and SL creates the layout). We worked with SL for a number of months to get everything perfect and she was always super responsive, very helpful, and absolutely a pleasure to work with. We chose a stock cabinet meaning each section comes in 3-inch increments, and kitchen design can be challenging with stock cabinets. This is where SL worked her designing
