An excellent experience with Gabe and his company. I installed my first pool with Gabe. Totally friendly professional and fast. Always able to contact Gabe or Debbie with any questions. They kept me up to date and informed about the whole process. Their crew is amazing. Friendly, competent and very knowledgeable. As an older person they took the time to teach me and explain everything I needed to know. I could go to them for anything and they were ready to answer all my questions. John is exceptionally good at teaching pool management. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I still use their company for my pool cleaning and maintenance. PROJECT NOT COMPLETE YET, We will update this review once project is complete. At the time of writing this review: Our permits were approved 185 days ago. Digging began 173 days ago. When we wrote our first check in July we had NO IDEA permits for our little plunge pool would take as long as they did. We broke ground in early October we hoped the mess would be done for Halloween. Weather was not on our side, so surely it would be done by Thanksgiving, nope...Christmas, nope.... Spring is here and we are optimistic that perhaps the concrete and fence will be done by April...we will keep you posted! This has been a learning experience for us. Run!. Do not work with this company. Horrible. Hired them for a $50k+ pool renovation. Gave them a $2,000 deposit. Incredibly unresponsive. They will never call you back. You have to keep calling them until hopefully they pick up. Job never got started. Eventually I got tired of the constant unresponsiveness and figured I'd better cancel the job, as I could see it would be a disaster working with them. I asked for my deposit back. They got the permits for the job. That was all they did and they had the audacity to charge me $1,500 for field and office work associated with filing for the permits. My refund on the initial $2,000 deposit was $150. Unethical crooks. Don't waste your time!

Excellent company. Without a doubt one of, if not the best contractor I have ever dealt with. Honest, reliable and always there for their customers, even 12 years after my pool build. No questions asked. I cant recommend Contempory Pools enough.

Built our pool 12 years ago and has serviced it since. They have done an excellent job opening, repairing, and closing the pool each year. Debbie-office staffer-is a joy to work with!
