Eric did a great job solving problems. Garage door was occasionally making a loud noise while raising. After some investigation Eric found that the lag bolts that attach the track to the door frame were loose and probably had been since installation. He realigned the tracks and tightened the bolts. Eric completed the job by making sure our other garage door was level and closing more tightly at the top, and that the tracks were aligned properly. He topped it off by lubricating the door springs and the door rollers and reprogramming our hand held remotes. We were very satisfied with the service.

Can’t say enough about the awesome job Marcos did on installing my new garage door. Showed up and installed within a few hours, very professional. Also huge thanks to Belinda for helping with a garage door to fit my needs and giving me the options to have a quick turnaround on the install and the knowledge to make the install go smoothly.

Told me I was scheduled for Thursday and did not show up. They then told me it was in their system for Friday. The person who took the call confirmed that she did in fact tell me Thursday. Was not alerted that the appointment was moved to Friday without my approval so I took the entire day off for nothing. No effort to make this up to me was offered. The manager had an "oh well" attitude towards this and insisted the appointment was for Friday, even though his employee remembered telling me Thursday. Ended up needing a new opener and also wanted the bottom seal on door replaced. That's over $700 to their biggest competitor due to not being able to keep an appointment and not alerting me prior to the appointment that they needed to change the day.

Marcos, Brent and Adam killed it out here installing our AHHH MAZING NEW DOORS. CONTINENTAL was great to work with, Derik and his crew are highly recommended.

Bylinda was super helpful in the showroom to guide us through all the options Continential Door has to offer! Marcos did the smooth install. Very perfessional and fast. Very happy with our new garage door!!
