Richard isn’t just a sleezy salesman that is only concerned with making money. He actually cares about what he does and takes pride in his work and business. He installed a new furnace and it worked great last night. His cousin Pat from DiRocco Plumbing also installed the tankless water heater shown in the picture. Overall, great experience with both guys.

My grandmother has gone over a week without heat in the coldest temperatures we have had on record. They keep trying to fix a furnace that’s 6 months old that’s under warranty and haven’t been successful. They told her to go buy a space heater and not to leave the house, not to mention the condescending tone they used with her telling her to have her daughter go get a space heater at the store. I asked for a call back and never received it.

Couldn't be happier with the services we received. We have an old house with some not easy to work around configurations and the guys all did an amazing job working with us. Friendly when they arrived and worked really hard to make sure it was done quickly. The only complaint is that I wish I would have called them sooner as they are somewhat busy right now. But thats a testament to how great they are at what they do. For context we talked with at least 3 other HVAC companies who all tried to talk us into installing a unit that was end of life and who were inconsistent in their responses. Continental really were the easiest to work with out of all the companies we called.

Purchased an older home that had no AC and had them install new systems for both the first and 2nd level living space. they were clean, on-time and got it installed before the summer started. This is my second home that was done by them. system is extremely quite and efficient. I called them back twice because I didn't think the system was working right because it was so quite.

I've done business with Continental on several occasions over the past 10 years. Back in 2015, they replaced a wall mounted heater/air conditioner and then serviced said unit on a few occasions, only recently to replace the PCB board on said Fujitsu unit. I then tasked them to replace the second wall mounted unit on another part of my house. On ALL occasions, work was done professionally and accurately. Price was within reason as well. Would definitely keep doing business with them
