They knew what they had to do and did it very professionally and respected my property. Lucas consistently communicated with me throughout the construction. Contract Exteriors did a fantastic job on our new deck. Ryan provided information of the step by step process, provided financing options and provided samples of the materials we wanted to use for the deck. Communication by the Project Manager, Lucas, was clear and the craftsmanship was excellent. While there were a few hiccups along the way due to permit inspections and some unforeseen flooring damage, these were not the fault of the company. They were transparent, proactive, and worked through the challenges professionally. Thanks to Diego and crew the project was completed with great attention to detail, and we’re extremely pleased with how it turned out. Follow up with Nick, who provided warranty information, was professional. Highly recommend!
