I had the pleasure of working with Bron at CFM. I came in to the showroom completely overwhelmed (and in a terrible mood)- Bron immediately came to the rescue. His comforting and knowledgable demeanor immediately put me at ease and made the whole process FUN! Bron was patient with me as I whittled down my decisions, encouraged me to bring samples home to try in my space, and truly made me feel like he cared about me and my project. Bron has been such a bright spot in this less than enjoyable experience- I can't recommend CFM and Bron enough!

Braun was AMAZING. He helped me navigate my situation with a bad contractor, recommended a great new contractor to finish my project. Braun has been very accessible and has given me a discount, refund and other benefits that he was not obligated to. Braun is the BEST and certainly deserves a generous raise! He definitely has my loyalty for future projects!

I went to CFM to try to match the wood flooring for my bedrooms with the flooring in my living room. Joe Caparoon couldn’t have been more helpful. My flooring had been discontinued but Joe found another flooring that matched perfectly. He was so knowledgeable and so much fun to work with. My floors looked so great 5 of my neighbors went to CFM and worked with Joe. I plan to remodel my bathroom and I will certainly return for Joe’s help!

John Springsteel is super great. Not only did he answer the phone super quickly but answered all my questions; what a knowledgeable guy! John was able to get me a quote for my customer in a matter of minutes. I sure appreciate that guy he is super duper cool.

Warehouse crew has fantastic customer service. I am always so grateful the way they show up. Very impressed!
