Contract lumber is absolutely ruining our neighborhood in Alvin Texas. The streets in our neighborhood are filthy with mud and dirt. Can’t let our kids play outside or ride bikes because of the filth and the employees and big trucks driving too fast like they have no respect for a residential area. If you own this company you should be ashamed of yourself. We are blue collar red blooded Americans trying to make the best of what we have

This company doesn't seem to have much respect for drivers. It's absurd to have tarp loads arrived then tell the drivers they can't get on the trailer to remove bungees from the front and back of the load to release the tarp,instead tell them to back into the street to do so then come back on the property as if we don't already work hard enough. At least the workers sympathize and try to assist as best they can agreeing it's a stupid rule,for them I'm greatful however I won't come back.

The office people are nice, the guy with the green hat is very helpful managing the traffic trying to get into that place. They unload fast but you have to get there early. I recommend untarping outside before you go in when it's busy. Otherwise you'll be waiting a while because they'll skip you if you ain't ready.

Best time to come 9-10 a.m they'll be finished with loading their trucks by then
