We can’t say enough great things about this plumbing company! When our hot water heater failed during cold weather earlier this year, Tommy came out as soon as he was finished with another job, replaced our Rinnai with a new unit, and relocated it from outside to our crawlspace — with meticulous care. He stayed until 12:30 AM on a Sunday to make sure everything was perfect. He later returned to fix our main shut-off valve. He also replaced the pressure valve under the house, and removed a governor which doubled our shower wand water pressure (I can rinse my hair in record time now!). And if that wasn’t enough, he came back again to replace the old Kohler faucet valves in our shower and tub that he had ordered when he fixed the main shut-off valve.
