We purchased two slabs of quartz from this company, and purchased the marble tiles separately by ourselves from floor and decor for the backsplash. and they have also agreed to provide installation services for our countertops and backsplash. we paid prior to the service day. they came on 5/30/23 did the installation. after they completed the work, i noticed that The marble tile backsplash in the kitchen was not seamlessly aligned with each other, creating noticeable gaps and inconsistencies in the overall pattern. The edges of the tiles may also appear uneven, with some tiles protruding or recessed compared to others.
