Contractors Register

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. This company is SHADY. They go by The Blue Book everywhere but when you go to look them up with the BBB they are listed under Contractors Register. Can you guess why I needed to look them up with the BBB? This company claims I am under contract with them when I never signed or verbally agreed to a contract. I was told the service could be cancelled at anytime. Once I gave them my credit card # they sent me an email that listed terms and conditions with a checkbox that said "I agree to the terms and conditions". But I never checked the box. They sent the email with the box already checked. But in their business model them sending you an email saying you agree to terms and conditions is a contract. SHADY SHADY SHADY! STAY AWAY!

CW Scott: This business is legally registered as Contractor's Register, Inc.d/b/a The Blue Book Network. D/B/A means "doing business as." This is beyond extremely common in the business world and does not make a company shady. It's shocking and scary that you own a business and don't know that!

This company has reps that lied to me and misled me. I am currently considering legal actions against them.

Sending out unwanted bid requests on behalf of our company, wasting everyone's time. Filing a BBB complaint.
