Absolutely incompetent. I live in an apartment that had water leaking through the roof. CRS "replaced" the roof, while in fact they just covered the old roof without checking for soft and wet substrate. They use shoddy materials and use unacceptable practices such as sealant directly exposed to rain and snow, and a play-doh like putty (i think it's plumbers putty) thats just pushed on with fingers and will last a couple of months at best. They are also rude, rush the work, and are unable to understand the complications of an older building. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Very pleased with their service! They were prompt, professional, cleaned up after themselves, made sure we were aware when they arrived, and when they completed the work. Highly recommend this company! The workers went above and beyond in my opinion and that’s not something you find very often now days.

On time every day, on budget, highest quality work, easy to work with, cleaned up every day, exceptional assistance after the job is completed. The crew of seven (typically) was manned by experienced personnel, three of whom had over 15 years of experience with Contractors Roof Services, and two of those had over 20 years with the company. The crew worked well together, moving quickly through the various stages of the project, with each man knowing what the other was doing and pitching in when needed. This greatly increased my level of confidence in their work as I observed them on a daily basis. Every piece of material used was high quality, no cutting corners. Job safety was excellent, especially since this was steep sloped roof, with no injuries in spite of a quick steady pace each day

Not being one who usually takes time for reviews my wife and I felt compelled to make sure we did this time. In this day and age we seldom have an experience with companies that deliver a 100% positive experience from start to finish. We are blown away with CRS customer service to start our project, communication was never a short comming as with so many other contracters. Our job was started on time and finished early! The quality of materials and labor were both above and beyond expectations. The clean up was so good we would never know they was on the property. Huge thanks to Jeff and crew! You killed it!
