I have bought Tons of steel from them over the years. And will continue to due so. Guys in the office are helpful. I would recommend having the steel delivered because they are so busy. Arrives the next day if they have it in stock.

Unfortunately, I was treated poorly. Sales person was rude and typing an email in all caps. I'm new to ordering and still getting a grasp on it. I felt as if he was treating me this way because of my gender. Here was his response to my questions. I HAVE NOTHING LIKE YOUR PICTURE I WILL SEND YOU A CATALOG CUT OF 10” BEAMS AVAILABLE AND YOU CAN PICK THE WGT# PER FT YOU NNED OR COULD USE

Terrible experience! Donald Jackson Informed me that I will receive a 1 hour call before the material gets delivered so I can be ready. I only received one call from the driver when he was already on the job site, and Donald’s only solution when I contacted his was all I can do is cancel your order!!!! Worst customer service.

Called for pricing on stainless. Gary, the salesman, was exceptionally rude and said "can't help you, bye", and hung up on me while I was asking if they sold stainless steel tubing.

These guys package their steel in the worst way. Expect boxes with mixed stock, causing your employees to sort through it and putting you behind schedule. You really get what you pay for with Contractors Steel.
