I hired Contreras framing for a siding job in San jose about 2 years back and performed perfectly. I then hired him for a bigger project in Santa Rosa, building and assembling 2 modular homes with rap around decks. His work turned out to be better than the first project. He's still my to go guy when I need his expertise and is willing to travel to help. He's hands down my call guy for framing or any other detail work.

Working with Gerardo and his team was great! We had a very complex home build project: combining an old and new foundation, countless beams, hold downs, structural sheer walls, steep pitched roof sections, dormers, and rooms with vaulted ceilings, and they efficiently and accurately completed all the framing for it! All inspections passed and finalled, and Gerardo and his team always worked hard and were never frustrated by our project, which again, was not an easy one! Would definitely--and have already--referred him to others.

We had a great experience working with Gerardo and his team. They were good, quick, fairly priced, and honest. I would definitely use him again.

His team did the framing on my 2 story house. They met the challenge with expertise and finished the project on time. Easy to work with and didn't complain about construction changes during the project.
