Not impressed AT ALL!!! Too busy for new customers??? Their response to a request for service... "Sorry, you will have to contact someone else." At least they were willing to suggest the "someone else." (Big eye roll!!) And, the receptionist was polite.
Very helpful. They got our humidifiers running after another business told us the parts weren't available and we'd have to spend more than a grand to buy new ones.
Love these folks second and third generation family owned and have maintained quality work.
