Nate did an outstanding job! I was in urgent need of a leaking HVAC condensate pump system replacement. I call Control Point Heating this morning set an appointment for the same day early afternoon. Nate texted ~30 minutes before arriving and communicated everything he found, my options and maintenance of the system. We were very impressed, he was friendly, polite and respectful of our home.

We just finished a complex home HVAC install on both Furnace/AC systems in our home and have been extremely satisfied with the process from start to finish. Angel was the sales consultant and was easy to work with, made best efforts to provide us reasonable quotes and perhaps most important the proposals included all the necessary items for complete install (Others listed items as optional (extras in the proposal) like surge protection on the Heat Pumps). I have a 100+ year-old home and was told by my existing oil company that I needed a new boiler and potentially a new tank. So, I decided to start with the oil tank and I proceeded to get several quotes. Rob from Control Point Mechanical came in with the most reasonable quote and the highest quality products so I went with CPM. Once I made the decision to go with CPM, I spoke with Nick who addressed a couple of questions, then I worked with Beth to schedule the installation. Outstanding service from Control Point! Our Navien tankless water heater broke down right before a snowstorm, and we were in a tough spot. Brian came out on very short notice and even returned on Sunday, just before the blizzard, to put in a temporary fix so we wouldn’t be without hot water. That level of responsiveness really meant a lot to us. It turned out to be a failure of the Navien unit, and we received a warranty replacement. Jim handled the installation and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the process. From emergency response to final installation, the experience was smooth and reassuring. We’ll definitely be calling Control Point again if we ever need service in the future. Highly recommend!

My furnace needed replacing (cracked heat exchanger). It's January so getting heat back ASAP was important. Called Control Point, talked with Beth and she took all my info and scheduled Angel to come out a few hours later to do an estimate/evaluation. Angel did a HVAC manual J eval to calculate the needed furnace size. This involves measuring all the intake sizes, ducting, etc and doing a 3D model lidar scan which enables a load calculation. Very cool tech and it turns out our old system was way oversized. Angel was able to give us an estimate immediately, we agreed and the install was scheduled for the day after.
