We recently purchased our house. We needed a complete new all electric HVAC system. We had 3 quotes for our HVAC system. Controlled Comfort quoted us on a high energy efficient system that would give us a substantial savings on our electric bill. They also got us rebates that helped with the cost of the system. Something no other company had showed us. They were very professional with there installation. We thanks them again for making this process seamless. We Highly Recommend this company.

I became a Controlled Comfort Customer back in 2022 for a full Furnace and AC job. I chose a 2 stage Furnace which has worked flawlessly. They were very professional and completed the installation the same day. They were very clean and courteous. For the past two years, they have come for yearly maintenance. Each visit is great, where I've been lucky to get Ivan Diaz who does an excellent job of communicating what he is going to do. He also explains everything clearly. Overall, I am extremely glad I chose Controlled Comfort. I highly recommend if you are in the market.

Just had them out for a new Furnace and AC after my old one finally gave up. They came out and looked at my current set up ,were very professional and no pressure. I was provided 6 estimates as I wasn't really sure what I wanted each was fully detailing everything I was to expect , and the price point out the door. in the end I chose them for their professionalism and they were 2 grand cheaper for a better quality install and higher efficiency equipment than the other estimates I was looking at. the installers were very professional as well.

I had my furnace check and serviced. Ivan, tech was great. He explained any possible issues he found, provided honest feedback as how to address them. He did well to educate me on the system and what he did. Gave me peace of mind. Most importantly, he did not once make me feel like he was trying to upsell me! Makes me feel good like I was having a friend check something out rather than a company telling me how to spend more money. From scheduling to service, a company I would highly recommend as I will use in them again in the future!

I have used Controlled Comfort twice this year and both times were excellent. Robbie the sales manager gave initial estimate for AC unit and Danielle in the office was working with me on the furnace. Both were more than accommodating in what I needed and wanted to have done and any changes I needed made to the estimate. I'm not sure who did our AC installation but Jason did the furnace installation today and both installations craftsmanship was excellent. You can tell he cares about his work. Both AC and Furnace were reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to others and will continue to use them in the future.
