I have been doing business with Controlled Products since their inception I would say about 25 years ago. I have been very pleased with them the whole time, and it’s not like I’ve never had an issue… but I’ve never had an issue that was not resolved to my satisfaction. They carry 95% of the products I use in the day to day operation of my business (Gate Automation, and Access Control). I love their staff, they have gone above and beyond to make my work pleasurable. I've been dealing with Iris since 2005 when I first opened my doors to my access company. Although my shop is 4 hours away I have been purchasing all of my equipment through Iris because of her over the top customer service. She is so professional and informative! There are so many other branches that could learn so much through her insight on how to run a business and customer service. Keep up the great work!

Can't say enough good things about this place! Iris and her crew have been our go-to for almost twenty years. Anything from gate operator parts, entry systems, barrier operators, to access controls, they have everything we need to do our job easily. One stop shop. They have a lot of knowledge on all kinds of hardware and most everything is in stock that we need. If not in stock, they can find it at a local branch and get it to us quickly.
