I am very impressed by this companies standards. My neighbor uses them for their irrigation and yard maintenance. One Friday I was out front working and the team lead came over to apologize for his employee. Apparently the week prior one of his guys back up and the trailer hit my solar address sign. I just had a brick pillar installed with a light and had just ordered a brass address plaque. I didn’t even notice the old plastic address sign had broken. I told the team lead to never mind and that I had already ordered a brass plaque. He insisted to pay for it. I informed him the the plastic one was like $35 and I couldn’t let him pay for the bass sign. He insisted. So I said if he really wanted to do something that he could mow our front yard. A few months ago, I used Controlled Rain for a new irrigation repair and install. I initially thought that Chris, the landscape manager, was a very nice, well informed, a bit loud individual that seemed he’d give me the best idea on designing a great looking yard. I paid for the irrigation and I even wanted one of the Rain Bird ST8 controllers to make yards more advanced and modern. Overall, I was very impressed of Chris’s work and wanted to continue working with him. But that’s where things went wrong. I asked Chris to give me a quote to complete the front and side yards like paver stones one the side yard to make it flat and level which would accommodate my disability. Once I got the quote, which was about $7K, I realized that it’d be too expensive and requested to modify the work to b

Our Condominium community hired Controlled Rain a year ago. We have been very happy with the customer service we get from our lead landscaper Donavon. He checks in from time to time to see if there is anything we need. We have been very happy with the work him and his crew do. I hope you know what a gem you have. Thank you Donavon!

I'm so hurt and disappointed. Someone came out on the 16th gave me an estimate on the 18th and i accepted. I was told a few times they would get me a schedule date. They put me off until now. After speaking to the wonderful people in the office (honestly she was great customer service) I finally got a date of AUGUST. Seriously???? Why the hell couldn't I have been told this at the beginning. I'm being told by everyone they are out 4 to 6 weeks. I would be having my irrigation installed this week or with 2 weeks if I was told and given the opportunity to find someone else. But I am just a small job so I'm not important enough. If you're a home owner... do not waste your time, emotions, or energy.

Controlled Rain put in a sprinkler system in my front yard, and drip irrigation in my flower beds. My lawn had been so damaged by the extreme heat last year, I thought it would need resodding, but they were the only company that gave me an honest estimate by saying I didn't need it. They simply fixed it up in the process of laying the irrigation system, reseeded, and fertilized. The result was a vibrant lawn and garden that has lasted through the summer. I am really pleased with the work that they did, and highly recommend them.
