They were very polite. Kept me informed on my ac and the problem. I will use them again if I have any other problems with our heating and cooling.

Our AC unit stopped cooling around 7:00 pm. I called Converse Conditioned Air and left a voice message that I needed to schedule for AC service the next day. The scheduler called me at 7:15 am the next morning and said we were on their service list for today adn they estimated arriving to our home close to 12:30 pm. The field technican arrived fifteen minutes earily (5 stars) and repaired our AC unit. I have enjoyed the reliability of our Trane furnance and AC that I purchased from Matt Converse back in 2012. Converse was $800 less than the next closest one and we got a slightly higher quality furnace too. Marty Chitty was quick to respond to our initial call and explained the procedures very clearly. Our new variable speed heat pump was installed by Converse. That was my very first time ever dealt with HVAC installation in a forty plus year old house. They always welcomed and answered my questions and concerns before installation. The crew are professional. They are able to get the job done with the restriction of finished basement. Had our air conditioner stop working at the beginning of a week full of 90 degree days. Converse was able to make it out the same day I called and was able to get rid of the bug that decided to block the AC from turning on. Quick fix and was on time for the appointment.
