I had a very good experience with Conway air from the person who checked my unit to the salesman and the installers. I was able to get the person who checked my unit and was told that I needed a new unit because repairing the parts that needed to be replaced would be expensive and could possibly not last for long so I decided to have a salesman come out and give me a price of a new unit. He was able to come that day. Knowing that my heat had been off since the day before, I agreed to the price and I was called the following morning asking me if I wanted the installers to come Today they were able to Replace and install the new unit today I am very fortunate that I did not have to wait for the installation.
