Horrible customer service. Jeff is not a people person at all. I've shopped there a few times and every time it was an unpleasant experience with this guy. He's not helpful , a new employee who was unfamiliar with some items I wanted to purchase, so he went to ask Jeff for some information about the wood. Jeff told him that they don't have any. I'm standing right in front on an entire batch, this is only wood I would normally buy there, I'm very familiar it. And yet Jeff was no help. Today was the final straw. I'm never shopping here again.

As a new New Milford resident (and new aspiring woodworker), I found Conway and have loved every interaction and purchase there. Everyone is happy to help and it even shows in the customers who also seem very happy to continue to do business there.

Always a good experience when I go here. Jeff is very knowledgeable and always helpful. They have a great selection of wood too. It’s a 2 hour round trip for me to go here and absolutely worth it.

Their products are stunning, and their people are simply the best! Everyone we've worked with there (especially Jeff and Jerry!!) are knowledgable, quick to respond, and really helpful.
