Received services Thursday and requested to speak to a supervisor that day. Since the tech no longer could speak English to explain prices even though he spoke perfect English the entire time. HE CAN ASK IF I LIVE ALONE, ASKED IF ANYONE LIVED IN MY HOME WITH ME AND WAS IT JUST ME IN THE HOME, IF I OWN MY HOME, WHERE I AM FROM even told me I have his personal number to call for a door replacement. They all call from different numbers. Company is family owned and extremely unprofessional. Removal and installation for my home door knob with a metal wrap is all I needed. Was told they would be here in 20 mins. Took an hour to come with no updates. Came to my home without the lock I wanted and went to the store to get it. Took two hours to come back. Took an hour to remove the lock. Tech did

This Company does not even deserve one star the way I was treated. Over $800 later and my car is still messed up. Then they ignore my phone calls, I called to let them know, He came out and damaged it even more. Would not recommend. The piece is now broken and I have to replace it. $800 for a $400 job! SCAM LIKELY! Thank God, I found a reliable trustworthy person to fix it. Contact me if you want their information.

Beware don’t use this company we called and they sent this young man out to our home to open the shed door well the guy beat the devil out of the handle with a hammer I have cameras all around the house well to say the least he broke the handle didn’t fix it and just left well he didn’t know how to do the job so why would they send him out if he doesn’t know how to do the work I’m going to post the pictures of the handle and I’ve got video of him beating it with a hammer.

We locked ourselves out of our RV. The service technician arrived within 20 minutes of our request and opened the door within 15 minutes. That part was good. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because of the cost and payment transaction. He told us the cost was $325. When we questioned it, he said $125 for the service call and $200 for everything else. Then he mentioned something about us being from New York. First of all, what is everything else, and what difference does it make where we are from? We paid with a card. He then asked for my driver's license. He took a picture of it then had me hold the license so he could take a picture of me. Seemed very shady and dishonest
