Cook Septic Services & Portable

We had our leach field fail over the winter after 45 years. (can't complain about the unusual lifespan of the previous system!) We called Cooks after seeing all their positive reviews and I'm glad we did. Mike and his team were amazing to work with. Incredibly talented machine operators and very personable and accommodating. Mike was very thorough in explaining how the new system works and future maintenance. While it's never fun as a homeowner to find out you have to invest in a new septic system, I'd highly recommend Cooks when the time comes. It gives us peace-of-mind knowing this system will outlast us and was installed by professionals.

I had a collapsed septic tank between multiple lines of water, electric and sewer. It was literally in a triangle surrounded by utility lines and needed to be extracted perfectly to avoid any further issues. Literally inches to work with. Chet and Austin did the job flawlessly. Watching Austin work the backhoe was very impressive. Additionally, we learned of the problem 2 days before 50 guests were scheduled to come to our property. They not only rushed to get this done for us, but treated our property like their own by being extremely careful not to rip up any grass than absolutely needed. Very Impressive. Very happy customer.
