My first purchase was last April, 2025 and I've had 2 service calls since with excellent results.They are Very Nice and Considerate People. I'm Extremely Happy and Recommend this Business to Everyone. Definitely 5 Stars!!!!!

I stopped in their store for the first time and the folks were very friendly and helpful. I bought a new front load washing machine that is supposed to be excellent for people with pets ( I have two field trial Labradors ). I bought the base that has a slide out drawer to mount to the bottom of the washing machine. So far the washer is working excellent other than I don’t like that water drips out of the little drawer where detergent, fabric softener and bleach is put in. The washing machine manufacturer needs to make a better seal around that area.

The lady is very rude and bizarrely weird comments and very codicendin. We bought several appliances from them over the last decade or so. We recently bought a new refrigerator and it was freezing items on the lowest setting and could hear what sounded like running water . We called them to make an appointment to come and fir it under warranty. We waited for over 4 hours for them to show up. I decided to take a shower and I was getting dressed, they showed up and my grandson answered the door, and I was done getting dressed. He was already gone. I called the store and the lady answered my phone call and said and I quot:: ( How convenient that you were in the shower. Everybody says that ) end quote , and hung up on me. Totally not going back EVER AGAIN, very unprofessional and uncal
