my septic tank repair was Kevin was great. Very caring understanding informative and I have to add funny. Anyone that would explain everything that he was doing while he was Dealing with a 72-year-old woman looking over his shoulder is incredible.. I hope all your employees are as great as he is. I highly recommend Kevin to anybody and of course cooks. Thanks for the experience. I really appreciated how clearly he explained every step of the process and took the time to walk me through what he was seeing. I’ve used Cook’s Septic Service for the past seven years and have always had a very positive experience with their team. They’ve been reliable and professional whenever I’ve needed routine service. Unfortunately, when I recently called for an emergency pump-out, I was told their was no available service in my area this month and the earliest availability would be April. That was very disappointing given the urgency of septic issues and my long history as a customer. While my past experiences have been excellent, this situation was frustrating and something customers in the area should be aware of.
