Matt was very considerate as he asked how best to navigate the yard to approach the unit. Answered all my questions with professionalism and efficiency. Thorough with his diligence to his craft of maintenance and troubleshooting possible future issues surrounding the unit. Matt was careful and very pleasant to work with on a typical maintenance check which did not seemed rushed or brushed over. His work only strengthen my continued trust with Cook's AC services. I really appreciated his manners and attitude.

Michael Nick and the other incredible young man went above and beyond. Cooks ac is the best! They have done excellent work for me... replacement of my duct work...cleaning my air vents... And it was affordable. I will never go anywhere else. I've been a customer for years. Always excellent quality work.

Called ahead, detailed what she would be doing and how long it would take. Gave suggestions for where to buy new filters and cost vs typical filter. Gave suggestions on best cleanout method and why. Listened to my concerns and was very personable yet professional. Didn't try to upsell me. Let me know the outcome of the inspection. Very pleased overall

My a/c unit was leaking water everywhere. Cook’s had someone out within 2 hours. Robert was great! He explained everything perfectly and was super nice! Fast, efficient and informative. I will definitely call them for future a/c needs. :)
