What a wonderful company. Krystina was great setting up my appointment and getting David out to me in an instant to get me in my door where the lock jammed and I was locked out. I then had David come out a few weeks later to redo my locks. Wow! What a great job. He rekeyed my entire house, put in a lock and keypad I can access to the internet, updated the brass on my security doors, and made the experience seem less. My old highlands door was a pain to work on I know but he did an amazing job! Highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

I have bought key fobs there before and was satisfied. I went there today (2/2/2026) to get a new key fob and an extra spare transponder key. For some reason they could not program a new fob, but sold me a spare key. Small complaint! They have a big sign in the store stating 10% off your purchase if you “like them” on Facebook. The sign is misleading to customers. Only when you inquire at the counter or purchase something do they tell you it is only up to a maximum of $10. So anything you purchase over $100 the 10% is nonexistent. It would nice if they stated that on their sign somewhere.

Sharing this for my Dad. Their house locks on both doors got jammed up. We contacted Cooks and they were quick to get someone to their house to unlock and replace doorknob. The gentleman that came to their house was friendly, efficient and professional. We always have and always will use Cook’s for any of our locksmith needs. Great company. Great service. Great people. Thanks for taking care of my parents!

We had an issue getting our safe open. We called and spoke with Cody. He was very nice and patient. He was able to recommend a solution which worked and saved us from having to schedule someone to come to our home. This saved us quite a bit of money. If we need locksmith services in the future, we will definitely call Cook’s.
