Cook's Pest Control

John is always a pleasure to have at the house, he is efficient at his work, he listens to our concerns and asks questions, and he is just a personable guy - our pest problem has been worse than we expected and Cooks works tirelessly to improve it - and the improvements have been massive. I can imagine all will be under control soon, but whenever there is any concern in between our scheduled maintenance services, Cooks is quick to get our tech John back to help us out. We have signed a year contract for services and do not regret it!

Technician was very professional and discussed everything with me. I had not had Pest Control service other than termite in a long time and he laid out a plan that will work well.

*update..Manager contacted me and made things right. Greatly appreciated. I requested that Cooks Pest Control to not come out. They acknowledged my request but someone came out the next week without notice. Furthermore, whomever came out didn't even do the work and only did a portion of the work according to my cameras as well as I asked them to not come out because I have 2 big dogs in the backyard and needed to be home. The company is literally coming out spending 15 minutes at the most, knocking down some spider webs and sending a bill. I have contacted the company multiple times to rectify the situation and each time I was told they were documenting my call and the manager would call me back but instead they sent the bill to a collection agency. I went ahead and paid the bill because

She did an excellent job. Thorough and quick at the same time. Explained everything she was going to do, answered every question, some didn't even have to be asked because she knew to give the information ahead of time, based on what she observed.
