I live in Shelbyville ky and called Alex to see if I could get an appointment Monday evening for Tuesday and was told he could be here between 10 and 11 am. He arrived at 10:05 and was done by 10:30 it was like watching a NASCAR pit crew change out the heating element. He did a great job and was very professional.
