Cool Baby Air Conditioning and Heating

A few months ago, my home A/C compressor went out and it was in the height of a heat wave. At the time I worked from home and had 2 kids under 5 who were miserable because of the rising temperatures in the house. I quickly asked around and my sister in law referred to Alex from Cool Baby Air Conditioning. After a few texts and a quick call, Alex went to work. In just a few days he a replacement unit installed, wired and up and running perfectly. Alex even offered me a referral discount on the over price which was greatly appreciated at the time. My install included 3 year warranty through his company and a company warranty with the manufacturer. I could not be happier with my experience. 5 stars ⭐️ overall.

I’d give 10 stars if I could!!!! Finally an honest repair company!!! I had like three quotes to fix my AC before I called Cool Baby Air and my highest quote was $25k to install a new AC for my little house. I’ma single woman and money is tight. This company came out and recharged my AC and didn’t try to scam me. I know most repair guys see a woman and try to BS us out of money but this company was honest and efficient. A year later and I had to call him out because my AC wasn’t working AGAIN but it turns out my dumb dogs broke the drain and clogged it. Our A/C had been out for 4 days and we had another company come from CHM, they couldn’t fix it as it was still under warranty. So we called the guy that installed it and Alex came. He fixed it. Yah! He was very thorough and checked every detail. He was very cordial and ask if there was anything else he could do for us. We would definitely recommend him.

Awesome! Alex knew what was wrong right away! Super nice, super helpful! I will be inviting him back for all my projects! In fact he will be installing a new smart thermostat very soon! When I get a new roof he will be adding new duct work and a new AC unit too! Super happy!
