Amazing people. Regan previously helped fixed my AC unit after another HVAC company falsely suggested replacing the whole AC unit. I have also reached out to Regan about potential duct work with my kitchen. Regan was very honest about cost to performance of my request, and advise me from proceeding with unnecessary HVAC work. Can’t say enough about these guys. Regan and Aaron came by to take a look at a few HVAC concerns I had. They were incredibly professional, respectful, and never tried to push any expensive services or unnecessary fixes. They took their time inspecting everything, clearly explaining what they found, and patiently answered every question I had. On top of that, they shared some practical tips and tricks for maintenance and prevention that I really appreciated. It’s obvious they care more about helping people than making a quick sale. It’s rare to find HVAC company that is both skilled and genuinely honest, but Regan and Aaron absolutely are. Recently, when my ac unit stopped cooling, the home owner called Cool Champs, and a tall gentleman named Regan came out to look at the unit. He was polite and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When the homeowner green lit the ac unit replacement, Regan and another gentleman named Nelson came out on Saturday ( Bless their heart's) and didn't mind the two yappily dogs in the home. They worked hard and fast to replace the ancient unit, and now my room went from 80 plus degrees to a cool 72 degrees. I highly recommend these gentlemen!
