Cool City Air Conditioning

I was very pleased with the service. Monica was very responsive and friendly. She scheduled same day service. Robert was able to complete the service and the AC system has been working great. However, I was disappointed with the billing. I was billed by email one week after service, and the bill was marked PAST DUE, which I didn’t appreciate. I mailed my payment within 3 days of receiving the bill, and still received a Past Due email reminder. When a bill is paid within 10 days of service, it should not be considered Past Due.

Stay away from this place. Failing to complete the contract. When asked to complete the contract no response. When I went to the office they wouldn't open the door. Then made wild false accusations and threats of reporting to the police of harassment. Really? Im only asking them to fulfill their agreement.

My AC wasn't work, so I called Cool City which charged $149 for analysis (I had to call them and ask them to send the analysis, which they did several days later - and the analysis was incomplete and not well written). More troubling: they told me I'd need to replace my HVAC which would cost over $9K. So I called a second company for their analysis, which was free of charge, thorough, clearly written and provided to me within minutes. The second company told me I'd merely need to replace a single part for a few hundred dollars. The repair was done in less than an hour, saved me roughly $9K. I'm not saying Cool City consciously tried to rob me. It's possible they're just not very good at their job.

I reached out to Service Two of my properties. They scheduled my appointment and arrived on time for both of them. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. They never tried to upcharge or sell me on anything extra. They just gave me some recommendations. Will definitely use again.

My office ac went out and my staff was hot and wanted to go home. Robert came at 5:30pm. The motor had shut off and needed a new one. They came back in the morning and had it working before any of the employees came in. Fast and effective.
