I would definitely recommend Cool Comfort for any Heating or Air Conditioning issue you might run into. Cool Comfort was the only company that had a human answer for emergency repair. Stephen and his helper came out and diagnosed the heat quickly and gave me a couple options for repair for me to choose from. All parts on van with them and repaired quickly and efficiently. Cool comfort Heating& Air were very professional and knowledgeable. They came out and repaired my heating system to get me by until they came back to install the Daikin Heat Pump system. Very pleased with the new air source heat pump system, very quiet and balanced. The bonus we were able to get was a ductless heat & ac mini split for the room over garage, not to mention was Stephen helped us with the paperwork so we could get the $10,00 rebate from Mass Save, and use financing to keep payments low. I would def recommend these guys, very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Steve Lodge from Cool Comfort Services came within two days of my contacting him and was perfectly on time. He came equipped with the right tools and was able to replace my thermostat within a half hour!. Our furnace was unresponsive to calls for heat and as a result, we were without heat for two days. Though the next available appointment was one week away, Stephen changed his schedule to accommodate our urgent need.
