Furnace took a dump the day before Thanksgiving. I was worried about getting someone out before the Holidays and I figured parts would be involved so add another roadblock to the list. Thankfully James came out and took the time to diagnose the issue and even left to go pick up the parts needed for the fix. He had us up and running before the end of the day. Just in time for some snow and even colder weather after Thanksgiving. I can't say enough about how thankful we were to have the heat during that time. Definitely my go to!!

James is the definition of professional. He’s always thorough, respectful, and takes the time to explain exactly what’s wrong and what needs to be done. Luis came out to clean our dryer vent and found out the siding company put siding over the exit vent goes. We had 3 years of build up blocked in there. Luis had to make a hole in the siding after he found the exit for the vent and put a plastic cover on. It took less than 2 hours and he explained everything as he went along and was very knowledgeable and professional. We would absolutely want him again if we needed their services again. On a side note our home was built by Legacy and we have had a few builder issues. Again we want to thank Luis for finding and solving our problem with the dryer.

Been using Cool Concepts for years at our office. Our AC went out yesterday, I called the office around 11am. Full well knew they would be swamped and zero expectations of them getting us in the same day. One of the guys made it out office around 2:30pm. Found, fixed and cleaned everything up and was done by 3pm. SO grateful! We have always gotten excellent service from Cool Concepts and would 100% recommend for people every time.
