First thing on Saturday morning, I called Miro and he was at our place that evening at 6pm to determine what was required to fix the issue. Two days later, on Monday morning, he had the parts ordered and ready for pick-up. Samir came early that afternoon to install a new motor. No upselling. No hard sales tactics. Honest, prompt, expert service at a fair price. We are new to the area and the bigger companies we tried always push replacement. Miro and Samir keep us going with no hard sell tactics. When we do replace our unit we will use Cool Experts to do the work.

We were referred to this company by a friend who used them. They came out to do a routine annual maintenance and found our compressor was down due to a rat chewing through a wire. They fixed the problem and did a thorough cleaning and maintenance of our system at a reasonable price. Would recommend them to anybody.
