Chris was great from start to finish. During the recent cold snap, our system started cycling and would only put out heat intermittently. We woke up to a house below 60 degrees, and at 4:30 in the morning I reached out on Thumbtack, not expecting much that early. Chris responded by 8 and was at our house by 10. Not only did he quickly identify the mechanical issue, but he also took the time to explain the bigger picture. He walked me through how the system had originally been installed with an undersized return plenum, how that design flaw increased static pressure, and how it had been putting unnecessary strain on the blower motor over time. My interaction and services provided by Chris for my heat pump unit was great. Trust is everything and to have someone take the time to asses a situation, explain what's going on and what could of caused it, allowed me to have peace of mind that who was providing that service, cared. He showed understanding, knowledge of his craft and most importantly, fixed the issue. With regards to how much it cost me to have it fixed, I can't speak to that because this is not my space, so I'm not sure if it was a fair charge or not. We woke up without heat and Chris was at our door very fast. He was professional, personable, and took time to explain the repair. He got our heat working quickly, gave fair pricing, and has a great attitude — highly recommend!

Reached out to Chris the owner of Cool Guys heating and Air. He scheduled me for the following morning but was able to fit me in the day I had reached out to him. He was at my place quickly and was able to diagnose the problem. The part was ordered and he was back when he said he would be the following morning to make the necessary part replacement. Chris is very friendly, polite and professional. Nice to find a trustworthy business. Give him a chance just like in did.

Excellent service with these guys. Chris came out on Christmas Eve, of all nights. He even waited in front of my house until we got back from church. No one would do a thing like that for an AC. Anyways. He checked my system and found the problem. He gave me multiple options on a path forward so I decided on purchasing a new system. Today the installers came right on time like Chris said they would. I was told the install would be done by 5pm , but it was completed by 2pm. Just 2 installers for the whole system. They were just as professional and courteous as Chris was. Highly recommend this company for ANY issues and I will be calling them back on future projects. Thank you Cool Guys.
