Cool It

Charges us a call out for $89, was told the hole in our coil couldn’t be fixed because they don’t weld aluminum. (Our younger son had punctured the outside coil.) well we were quoted 5,300 for a replacement coil and Freon. Well, we called for a second opinion. So thankful that we did. Dave’s air came out and took a look and told us the coil wasn’t aluminum, it was made of copper. They were able to weld the copper coil and add back Freon. Had it repaired for a fraction of the price. You should treat your customers well because we ourselves own a business and know customer service is everything. You won’t have a business without customers. Trying to price gouge and taking advantage of others is definitely not the way to go.

Called to have someone come look at my ac. The lady that took my call was very nice and took my info said she would have a tech call me. Tech called within 5 minutes just to inform they don't service my area. I'm only 15 miles from the office???

I called them on a Saturday morning due to problems with the ac unit not cooling. A technician named Robert came out and diagnosed that the compressor was bad . Keep in mind that our home is only 4yrs old and my husband and I are seniors. We sat here for 3 days in 103 temperatures worrying about this unit and financial aspects. Robert was paid $140. Dollars. This company was in no hurry to help us resolve the issue. On the third day I traced down the builder and was given the name of the company who installed this unit.I contacted them and they sent someone right away who had my unit up and running in about ten minutes. It was the compacitor a twenty dollar part. I feel like Robert from Cool-it was trying to take advantage of us.I also talked to Mark and he was no help as well. So I hand

Marc at cool it was very professional and thorough. He took his time and explained every detail to me and every repair that needed to be done. Katelyn the dispatcher was very professional and helpful with all questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone that I know who needs these services. Thank you Cool it!!!!
