Cool Pro was very quick to respond to our needs. Eric was very helpful in explaining the process and choices, and getting us exactly what we needed. All of Cool Pro's technicians were very considerate of our home space and got our old HVAC system out and the new hvac system installed and running in no time. We highly recommend Cool Pro for your HVAC needs .

The heat pump system itself works well and the installation went smoothly. Overall, I’m happy with the HVAC side of the job. The main issue was the thermostat. The AprilAire thermostat they provided wasn’t a good fit for our hybrid system and was frustrating to use. We eventually replaced it with an Ecobee, which has worked much better for our setup. I wish a better thermostat option had been recommended from the start. Aside from that, the system performs well and I’m satisfied with the install.

Eric and his team at Cool Pro Mechanical provided the absolute best experience from start to finish with our HVAC project. They are highly responsive, efficient, professional and affordable. I will never bother shopping for quotes for HVAC projects or service from other providers, I will trust Eric and his team entirely. Superior service and quality work. I’d use them for more service if they offered!

My old central A/C unit died and I met with Eric from Cool Pro Mechanical. He is very knowledgeable and took his time explaining my options. I wound up replacing with a heat pump that can do both heating and cooling and couldn't be happier with the new system. A large crew was sent to do the work and they were very thorough and did a great job on the install and testing. I would highly recommend Cool Pro Mechanical if you are in the market for a new HVAC system.

Everyone I saw and/or spoke to were polite, respectful and helpful. Eric and his team not only replaced, and discarded my old HVAC unit, they installed a new one with three feet of snow on the ground outside that they shoveled away to get to the spot where the old unit was and were the new unit needed to go…. They did all this work outside while it was 10 degrees.
