The installation crew was awesome. They worked quickly and efficiently to install our new AC. Everything looks great. The comfort plus unit is very quiet. I can’t wait till it warms up to see how it cools.

I would give Cool R US a 10/10 if it were an option. I bought a home on auction that had 5 A/C units and all of them needed to be replaced. This was a massive project - We had to completely remove all the ductwork (not in walls) and replace every unit. I did extensive research and had 3 companies provide me bids. Cool R US was the BEST selection. I can't speak highly enough of their interaction from start to finish. They worked with me to engineer a better solution than what was installed in the home 50 years ago to reduce the number of units but keep the same thermal load. They provided multiple solution options with varying price points, education on what the systems did, and they worked with me to design the room and zoning configuration as I best saw fit. Josh (sales) was outstanding in keeping in contact with me regarding the entire process. He made it affordable and streamlined process to make it no hassle and friendly, safe financing. Julian & Laurence (technicians) arrived on time, were very professional while removing old unit and installing new unit. They answered all questions. Outstanding service by all.

I worked with Josh Conway to purchase a new HVAC system for our townhouse. Josh was able to answer all of our questions and even threw in an option if we would be able to install the unit the same week. Our installers knew what they were doing and worked all day with only a short break for lunch. They cleaned everything up and the system worked fine when they left. The communications were excellent.
