Mario was terrific - super responsive, a great communicator and worked fast! We were in a pinch with a busted unit and renters arriving in a few days. Mario got the unit ordered and installed quickly and expertly. Super grateful we found Cool Runnings! Their cost was also over 30% less than other quote we received. Will never call another AÇ company again!!

Mario is the best A/C installer I’ve ever used. He was referred to me by a friend. When we met I was taken by his knowledge of what are needs were. He installed a split system in a very precise and professional manner. The system was installed in a little over a week(which in my estimation is way above the standard for a 5 zone house)without a hitch. The work was clean and well constructed. Also Mario’s company is recognized by MASSAVE which is a plus as far as rebates.I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. Thanks Mario.

Fantastic HVAC contractor. He was able to get my system working properly when others could not figure it out. He diagnosed the issue and then got it corrected, even though it was a difficult and painstaking fix. Super knowledgeable, and honest as well.

What an amazing company. They come thru and fix whatever issues we have. We use them for annual maintenance and trusted them so much we hired him to nstall a split for us.

I'd recommend communicating via text. Mario and Chad were excellent. They were very thorough. Love the cool air!
