My A/C unit gave out towards the end of the summer and my home was way too hot. I called Cool Solutions and in less than 3 days they took care of the issue. I had to get a brand new system due to the fact mine was over 20 years old. With the help of one of their team members (Oscar) it made the transition smooth. He provided me with all the proper information about my installation, its guarantees and the payment plan options that they offer. Highly recommend this company for their HVAC services. Due to their poor installation, I have damages on my roof! They got to the point that they are not responding phone calls nor texts and they hang up on me! Very unprofessional and dirty labor!

EXTREMELY professional!! They were able to book me quickly and the work was done in ONE day! Extremely efficient! I HIGHLY recommend. My mom had a different company do her conversion a couple years back HORRIBLE!! So I know what good quality is when it comes to this!

Would recommend this company to everyone! Good service, excellent price! Had some issues that caused me to go without power for a day (unrelated to a/c) however I believed it had to be an issue with the a/c. They came out and walked me through the issue and it was resolved. If you’re looking for refrigerated air, go with these guys! Luis, you’re awesome.

Cool solutions was a referral from Ramon at Reliable plumbing. I called Luis and he stated he would be here Tuesday Aug 9 in the morning. He never showed. Called him twice and sent 2 text messages with responce.very unprofessional. If he couldn't do it for any reason he should have said.
