Very positive experience with Cool Sunshine. Israel, the Service Manager, was responsive, efficient, and considerate. He diagnosed the problem quickly and suggested the appropriate fix. Cool Sunshine offered me the right repair at a reasonable price - without adding on unnecessary extras - or trying to upsell and replace a fairly new system in favor of a more expensive model with only incremental efficiencies. Integrity like that stands out.

Sunshine is so wonderful to work with. When our furnace wasn’t working, they came out within an hour of calling. Unfortunately, the furnace stopped working again the very next day and they were out within 30 minutes of calling. Always very prompt, professional, and willing to explain the fix and options. Truly the most lovely and professional company we've worked with in a long time! Joy was so thoughtful and attentive in finding a creative solution to facilitate installation of a new minisplit system throughout our home. The initial consultation was prompt and incredibly detailed. Joy then scheduled us for installation within 2 weeks. On the day of install, the team took the utmost care in moving and replacing furniture items, communicated superbly to troubleshoot exact placement, and worked efficiently/skillfully throughout. They are clearly expert at what they do, but with all the benefits of a small company to ensure the project is personally customized to your needs.
