Once again Cool Tech delivered excellent response and service. Last week we were having trouble with the condensation line drainage. As it was a recent install Lori arranged for Jason to respond within 24 hours. The problem was quickly assessed and adjustments made which fixed the issue. Another 5start experience!! Cool Tech recently installed a new AC system for us. We got a referral from our neighbor who spoke very highly of their service and quality of work. Cool Tech Inc. did not disappoint. From Jason's assessment to Lori's scheduling to Brent and Charlie's install, Cool Tech is a Bonafide 5star operation. Pricing fair, Techs very knowledgeable and service oriented. This team is far superior to anyone we have used before. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!

I want to give the biggest shout out to Nick from Cool Tech who came to my home and got my AC working within 10 minutes with no immediate payment necessary. He was polite, respectful, very kind and extremely knowledgeable. As a 72 year old, I had been in tears after a large Venice company, with all their awards and great reviews, came to my house and told me that even a temporary repair to get the AC working would be $2400 and a new system would be over $12,400. Luckily a friend and neighbor recommended Cool Tech and Nick arrived the same day. I am now sitting in the cool writing this review and will always use Cool Tech in future. If you don't want to be scammed and over charged, people call Cool Tech!! I am so incredibly grateful to Nick and Cool Tech.

LOVE this family owned business. They installed a new Ruud HVAC system for me at YE 2024. Pleasant experience from my initial meeting with the owner to professional and efficient installation to prompt service call for a minor adjustment today. They were referred to me by a neighbor and glad they were. Highly recommend.

Two very polite professionals showed up to replace my air-conditioned. Brent and Charlie were extremely helpful and total pros. They jumped right on getting my old system out and I stalling the new unit. What a relief, 💯 professional, efficient, polite and made the entire process very smooth. They went above and beyond, would recommend them wholeheartedly!!!!
