Cool Techies (Mariana) scheduled me on short notice and explain the costs. She was very patient with me as I was kind of slow from no sleeping for 25 hours. Gustavo was the technician who came to replace my A/C thermostat. He was on time (on the dot), very courteous, patient with my questions and tested everything to my satisfaction before he left. He even spotted a problem with my A/C drip pan and was able to fix it before he left. I am impressed with Cool Techies and only regret I had not found them sooner.

Cool Techies came out for an emergency repair as my dogs had chewed through the Thermostat Control wire outside. I was able to book a same day visit immediately! The Tech Arael Hernandez arrived early and was an outstanding professional. Had a amazing experience with such impeccable service!

Gustavo came 4 quotes 2:,replace my furnace not working &;possibly AC combo. Tech was friendly & professional checking old furnace & outside AC, he was very thorough.
