Amazing company! I have been using Cooling Advisors for 3 years now and I've never had better customer service or spectacular air conditioning! They treat you like family and are always there when you need them. And their prices and offers are the best! I recommend them 100%. Thanks for keeping me nice and cool and most of all running like a champ.

I'm not sure if Robert Sr. is from the West Palm office or this one. So I figured I better give this review in both places because great service must be rewarded: Robert Sr serviced our aged system, cleaned it out, and we are good to go. He was very courteous, competent and thorough. I thought the cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend. The updates on arrival via text messages are a nice touch so we knew what was going to happen. Phones answered promptly, efficiently and courteously.

The technicians arrived on time and completed their work in a timely manner, and they made sure to thoroughly clean up after themselves. Great work! Did a service/cleanup on my older unit for the first time. Technician was very professional, friendly and honest. Service technician recommended options to help my system run more efficiently but was not pushy and was clear that they were not a necessity. I really appreciate having a knowledgeable service tech who wasn't trying to upcharge me just because. Also appreciated the use of booties to keep my floors clean. 😊

Sean was excellent ... his customer service is above and beyond.. I had a problem on 12/31 at 530lm and he came to my house at 7pm very professional and friendly. He came back on 01/01 and explained all my options and helped me to make the right decision... I have being a customer of Cooljng Advisors almost for 1 year and the service is always A+
