I'm not one that usually takes the time to write reviews, but these guys deserve one. I have had so many negative experiences with AC companies over the years. Each one promising a solution, taking my money, and ultimately leaving me right back where I started. From the first phone call, these guys were different. Sean came out and conducted a thorough diagnostic. That made my decision easy and clear. I decided to install a new unit, move the air handler out of the attic, and replace the old air ducts. Logan serviced our AC unit recently. He showed up right on time and was incredibly professional and courteous. The maintenance he provided on our AC system was very thorough and he also provided some great advice on how we can better maintain it. I will definitely use Cooling Advisors again.

We’re very impressed with Cooling Advisors. They put in our new system in our attic the beginning of Aug and they sent a large team to get it done as quickly as possible to protect their team in the heat, which I thought was very good of them. They were so professional and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Before the new system we needed them to come many times and they were always super responsive. Techs are very knowledgeable. Our heating system went out and the company I use did not answer the phone despite advertising 24/7 service. I called this company and they managed to fit me in their schedule. The customer service team and tech support man were excellent. I was told tech support would arrive betwee 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. The repair individual arrived earlier than expected and resolved the problem. Everone I dealt with was proessional and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Today, I had Alex come to my home to service my air conditioner unit.. I just purchased and Cooling advisors were recommended. First as a new home in Florids, I know every little my air conditioning unit. I was very happy that Alex not only explained what he was doing, but informed me about some of of thr things I need to. I give advisors 5 stars. Alex called and asked if he could be early. He was courteous, patient and extremely knowledgeable about my a;c unit. I highly recommended everyone using their service.
